North American Launch – ad:tech during the day, 1 OAK at night!
With the successful completion of activities at our European launch in London we here at Elephant Traffic are gearing up for our official North American launch at this years ad:tech in New York City (November 4th – 6th). Among our sponsorship activities we will be offering the following services at the event, to make things easier for all attendees, as well as to help get the name of our company out there.
1. Traffic Navigators – These individuals you will be able to spot wearing orange reflective vests and white hats, who will be fully trained and versed on all events and information about the Javits center and ad:tech as an event. Feel free to find one of them if you find yourself looking for something in particular (booth #’s, upcoming parties, toilets, etc…).
2. Mini Taxi Service – We will be running a complimentary taxi service to be positioned on 11th street and invite anyone to use our services for a free ride to anywhere on the island of Manhattan. The cars will be an easy find as we have put together a fleet of 10 multi-colored Mini Coopers. Make sure to show your conference/exhibition badge and hop in and let us handle the traffic for you and drive you to your destination.
3. VIP Launch Party (1 OAK) – The evening of November 4th from 7:00 – 11:00 pm. We will be hosting DJ Patrick Carroll and drinking the finest of what Manhattan has to offer. If you would like to join us please RSVP at the following link and we will get you an official invite: http://www.elephant-traffic.com/adtech/ Our Mini fleet will also be available to drive people to and from the party, so look out for the Mini’s when you are leaving the party and let us deliver you home safely.
Make sure to set aside some time to come and have a chat with us on either the 4th or 5th at the Javit’s center and learn about how we can help drive traffic to your websites. Look for the Mini Cooper inside the lobby and you’ll be sure to find us!
We look forward to seeing you in New York City!
