Elephant Traffic will be participating in the Euro Webtainment Conference in Mallorca, Spain on the dates of May 23rd – May 26th. Austin is such a beautiful city that is rich in culture and arts, and I’m sure all the people who are attending will have a wonderful time.

With only 5 days left to the summit there is so much to talk about. Unfortunately, Elephant Traffic will not be attending this year’s affiliate summit central, but we do like to stay up to date with all the most important summits.

The summit itself will be a day and a half long with two sessions along with a meet and greet market. The affiliate summit will take place at the Austin, Hilton hotel only one block from Austin’s famous entertainment district.

This affiliate summit as an extensive list of speakers who are CEO’s, presidents. creators and founders of their own companies. Some of the speeches will cover such topics as turning customers into affiliates, mistakes that can hurt your affiliate program, and optimizing word press for conversions.

We expect this summit will be very useful for many people who are already in the business or who are hoping to get into the business. Thank you and hopefully we will see you at the next summit.

We are looking forward to hearing what unique vision each of the speakers has to bring to the table. For example, by the end of 2012, it is projected that 25% of all paid search ad click’s in Google’s ad network will be from smart mobile devices. According to one report that CTR’s (click through rates) on mobile devices are 72% higher than on non mobile devices. With mobile devices steadily approaching the one billion mark, and 45% of them being tablets, what does this actually mean ?

This means the future of paid search ad clicks are in mobile technologies which include both smart phones and tablets. If predictions are right, profits will lead companies to this frontier, which is just now starting to be tapped. Although smart phones didn’t rank higher than desktops in lowest cost per conversion, tablets have been shown to give the lowest cost per conversion rates. This is absolutely astonishing.

We could be very well entering into a mobile revolution that is going to completely be a game changer for all online businesses.
